Cohost Hospitality is stepping in to support weddings originally booked at Boxwood.
We’re here to provide continuity, answer questions, and ensure your day moves forward smoothly.We are now your main point of contact for all event details.
Cohost will oversee:-
Details - including timelines at the venue, floorplans, day of vendor coordination, communication between catering and event flow and and day of coordination

Yes — we are honoring all contracted services.
No pricing will change from what you were originally quoted unless:
• You add new services
• You upgrade menus or rentals
• You move dates or locations that materially affect cost
If anything needs adjusting, you’ll approve changes before anything is finalized.Yes — if you had a signed Boxwood wedding date, it is confirmed.
Your payments and contracts remain valid.
We are working directly with Boxwood to transfer information and ensure nothing is lost.• A welcome email with key dates & next steps

As a reminder, we are prioritizing events within the next 3 months first. If your event is in June 2026 or later, you may not hear from us until mid February! But always feel free to email us at events@cohosthospitality.com

As we move closer to your date, you will be introduced to your assigned event manager.We don’t anticipate noticeable changes from a guest perspective.
