Cohost Hospitality offers a streamlined path from venue selection to the final toast. We help you secure the space that fits your vision, then guide you through every major element of the celebration, including catering, bar, rentals, staffing and on-site coordination. Everything is managed by one dedicated team, thoughtfully planned through a single proposal and carried out with care on the day itself. From first tour to last guest goodbye, we handle the logistics, timelines and behind-the-scenes orchestration, allowing you to stay present, welcome your guests and enjoy a celebration that feels effortless, elegant and entirely yours.
TRINITY RIVER AUDUBON CENTER
With a state-of-the-art 21,000 square foot center surrounded by wildflowers, forest and wetlands, four miles of ADA-accessible hiking trails, and 140 self-park parking spaces, Trinity River Audubon Center is a unique and welcoming destination for you and your guests. Several beautiful spaces are available to accommodate almost any special event.
400 N ERVAY
Originally constructed in 1929, the United States Post Office and Courthouse is one of the most significant architectural buildings in the state of Texas and is a registered historic national landmark. Renovated in 2007 by Todd Interests, 400 North Ervay is one of the most iconic event spaces in Texas and was given new life in 2021 when purchased and updated by Wolfe Investments.

I feel that every staff member I talked to was super helpful, easy to communicate with, and open to providing their input if needed. We were able to order several items from Cohost which was extremely helpful and convenient - servers, bartenders, linens, glassware, silverware, and more! The staff and bartenders were very friendly and did an outstanding job on our wedding day. The guests were well fed, hydrated, and never waiting too long for an adult beverage. I'd highly recommend using Cohost as a caterer for any event!
